Template freebie!

Happy Thursday! When I’m in a scrapping rut or my mojo has taken a vacation, I love to browse through my stash of templates and see what gets my creativity flowing. Today I’ve got a free template for you based on a layout I did recently with Amanda’s collab with Jennifer Fox – Toothless. Ba Da Bing! It’s recipe time!

Hey friends! It’s Christine (ccouch) bringing you the first of a new feature on the AHD blog – - recipes! We all have our favorites and we thought it would be great to share with you gals some of the things we’ve got cookin’!

One of my favorite (and seriously easiest) recipes is good ol’ fashioned dump cake. I’ve been craving it big time, and so I thought I’d share the recipe with y’all and maybe you could make some too! It really couldn’t be any easier – just a few ingredients, only one dish to wash, and it’s totally yummy to boot!

I made this little recipe card with Amanda’s Ba Da Bing which is such an awesome kit!

GUEST DESIGNER, FREEBIE and MORE!

Hi my friends! This month I am guesting at The Digichick! I am thrilled to be back as a guest for June!
It is like a homecoming for me! Only this one is so much better than the last one I went to at my high school. ;)

I have a new kit to share with you this week. It might look a little bit familiar to some of my “older” fans. I took one of my first kits I sold at TDC (What Goes Around) and gave it a face lift.

3’s the Magic Number

Hello again! Jaedyn here with yet another challenge for you this month! We’re still celebrating Amanda’s 3rd Designiversary, and in honor of that number, we decided to have a challenge all about 3!

The idea behind this challenge: 3 must be a part of your layout. It would be a 3rd birthday, the number 3, 3 photos, 3 flowers, whatever. Use your thinking caps for this one! You have 2 weeks (May 10) to link up your layout to the blog (not to Facebook) to be eligible for a prize from Amanda!

To get the ideas flowing, here are a couple examples from Rebecca (Mamabee) and Janie (lady_ponies_23):

Rebecca went a little crazy (lol) and has 3’s ALL over her layout:
3 photos, 3 waves, 3 kits (oopsy Daisy, falling for, and Penelope), 3 pattern papers, 3 solid papers, 3 ribbon bows, 3 buttons, 3 flowers, 3 floral element, 3 tags, 3 alphas (spring fling, penelope, and oopsy daisy), 3 fonts (courier, DJB merry, Harrington), 3 paint smears, 3 word title… WHEW!

Janie’s here is really simple, sweet & to the point, also highlighting 3’s (3 photo strips, 3 word title & an adorable 3 year old!):

So there you have it! I hope we have a few of you to play along with this challenge – and I hope to see some really fun ideas! A winner will be picked after May 10 and announced here on the blog!
