Happy Thursday! When I’m in a scrapping rut or my mojo has taken a vacation, I love to browse through my stash of templates and see what gets my creativity flowing. Today I’ve got a free template for you based on a layout I did recently with Amanda’s collab with Jennifer Fox – Toothless. Oh my goodness. I’ve officially been bitten by the hybrid bug. Not that this comes as any surprise to me… I was a paper scrapper for about 6 years before embracing digital, so I have a lot of supplies and goodies to use up. Now I’ve found the best of both worlds and am having a lot of fun!!
If you haven’t tried anything yet – what are you waiting for? Amanda’s papers and elements print wonderfully – the papers look AMAZING when printed. I’ve had paper scrapping friends ask who makes the papers I use for my cards, and I just smile and say “Amanda!”. They have a hard time believing that they are (gasp) digital elements, lol.

Hey friends! It’s Christine (ccouch) bringing you the first of a new feature on the AHD blog – - recipes! We all have our favorites and we thought it would be great to share with you gals some of the things we’ve got cookin’!
One of my favorite (and seriously easiest) recipes is good ol’ fashioned dump cake. I’ve been craving it big time, and so I thought I’d share the recipe with y’all and maybe you could make some too! It really couldn’t be any easier – just a few ingredients, only one dish to wash, and it’s totally yummy to boot!
I made this little recipe card with Amanda’s Ba Da Bing which is such an awesome kit!

Hey everyone! I’m a little late bringing you today’s post, and I apologize for that. The holiday weekend just has me all out of sorts. And speaking of the holiday weekend, I hope those of you in the States enjoyed all the Independence Day festivities!
Today, we’re highlighting an awesome LO I discovered while browsing Amanda’s product gallery at Scrap Orchard. This one by lhaslem just jumped out at me. First of all, I really love the kit she chose (although I’m probably biased!), and I absolutely love the way she used it–the colors, all those amazing papers, the alpha, the sweet photos, and fantastic journaling–it all just works together beautifully. The way she chose to document the milestones in little Carter’s life is terrific.

Hi everyone, Lori here and it feels like forever since I have been on the blog. I hope that everyone is having a great summer so far, or for those of you in the western hemisphere, I hope winter is taking it easy on you!
